Digiseal Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Digiseal app, hardware, and associated cloud services.
1. License & Use
- Digiseal is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.
- You may use Digiseal to manage digital access to doors, gates, and other physical assets.
2. Account Requirements
- Cloud account creation requires phone number verification via SMS.
- Demo mode and on-device use require no account.
3. Key Sharing & Responsibility
- You may share access keys via QR code or phone number.
- You are responsible for managing access and sharing with trusted recipients.
4. Prohibited Use
- Do not use Digiseal for illegal activities or unauthorized access.
5. Payments & Liability
- No payments are processed within the app.
- Digiseal is provided “as is”; the developer is not responsible for wrongful or unintended use.
6. Intellectual Property
- Digiseal and its technology are owned by Spark Technologies OÜ.
- White-label licensing and customization are available under separate agreement.
7. Termination & Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time; data can be deleted immediately or after a 6-month retention period (restoration possible during this period).
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The app is provided without warranty. The developer is not liable for damages from use or inability to use Digiseal.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
